James Arthur's upcoming album 'Back From The Edge' drops TODAY

UK singer-songwriter James Arthur releases his comeback album 'Back From The Edge' TODAY (October 28). But as is the case with many successful artists, James admits his journey has not been an easy one. Watch below where he opens up honestly about his struggles before fame on X Factor, and dealing with the unexpected and overwhelming pressures that came afterwards. James admits: "There was a lot of pressure and a lot of judgment". The singer-songwriter's latest song, 'Say You Won't Let Go', deservedly shot straight to No.1 in the UK singles chart recently, and quite frankly, we can't wait to buy his album.

Soulstress Rebecca Ferguson kicks off her UK tour

UK singer-songwriter Rebecca Ferguson has now kicked off her UK tour to promote her fourth studio album, 'Superwoman'. Elvis set to beat Lady Gaga to UK No.1 album

Elvis Presley looks set to become the solo artist with the most amount of UK No.1 albums. The late singer's new effort 'The Wonder Of You' is today (October 24) 3,500 combined sales in front at the top of the UK singles chart. The record - which features reworkings of songs by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra - will give Elvis his 13th No.1 album in the UK. This would mean he would become the solo artist with the most amount of UK No.1 albums, beating Madonna's 12. At No.2 on the midweek update meanwhile is Michael Bublé's 'Nobody But Me', while Lady Gaga's 'Joanne' enters at No.3. Leonard Cohen's 'You Want It Darker' debuts at No.4 and Kings of Leon's 'WALLS' drops four places to No.5. Status Quo’s 'Aquostic' is a new entry at No.7, David Bowie's 'Lazarus' musical soundtrack enters at No.8 and Korn's latest effort 'The Serenity Of Suffering' shoots in at No.9.

Dead or Alive's flamboyant frontman Pete Burns has died at the age of 57

Pete Burns , the flamboyant frontman from Dead or Alive, has died. He was 57 years old. Dead or Alive had hits in the 1980's, including 'You Spin Me Round', a song that was heavily sampled by Flo Rida. Burns also appeared in Celebrity Big Brother alongside George Galloway and Rula Lenska. The statement issued by his management company said: "All of his family and friends are devastated by the loss of our special star. "He was a true visionary, a beautiful talented soul, and he will be missed by all who loved and appreciated everything he was and all of the wonderful memories he has left us with." Burns suffered a fatal heart attack. R.I.P Pete Burns 

James Arthur still not letting go of UK No.1 single

James Arthur  is still in pole position at the top of the UK singles chart. The singer's track 'Say You Won't Let Go' is today (October 17) No.1 on the midweek update. He if he is still at the top come Friday (October 21),  Arthur  will have logged his fourth week at No.1. This would give the former X Factor man his longest stint at No.1. At No.2 on the midweek update is Chainsmokers' 'Closer', while The Weeknd's 'Starboy' follows at No.3. Hailee Steinfeld is up 13 places to No.4 with 'Starving' and 'My Way' by Calvin Harris completes the top five. Bruno Mars' '24K Magic' rises one spot to No.8, Neiked's 'Sexual' jumps to No.11 and Maroon 5 and Kendrick Lamar's new effort 'Don't Wanna Know' is in at No.13.

Collaborative Orchestra Concert in London 22nd of October

Collaborative Orchestra - London based 66 piece orchestra with singers, semi finalists at the most recent Britain's Got Talent series , well known to the British public for their brilliant audition for BGT 2016 with excellent rendition of Queen’s iconic son “ Don’t Stop me Now” which was watched by over 10 mil people in the UK.  It is a diverse, ambitious amateur orchestra rehearsing, around London. Although many are music teachers, many have “normal” daytime jobs, and some are students.They are classical orchestra with the difference, performing old  legend rock songs through the prism of classical arrangement. Phil Collins announces live comeback with five London shows

Phil Collins has confirmed his return to the live music circuit. The singer and musician will perform five dates at London's Royal Albert Hall next year. They will take place on June 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 as part of his Not Dead Yet tour. The Brit will also perform at the Laxness Arena in Koln on June 11 and 12, and the Accor Hotels Arena in Paris on June 18 and 19. Tickets will go on sale from 9am on October 21. Former Genesis drummer Collins announced his retirement from live music in 2002. Five years later, however, he embarked on a short reunion tour with Genesis.

X Factor contestant and singer/songwriter James Hughes has joined Nusic London PR.

James Hughes is a 17-year-old singer songwriter based in Scotland, who rose to popularity after taking part in the thirteenth series of the ITV show The X Factor. His version of Etta James’ "I’d Rather Go" captured audience’s hearts, and won him high praise from the panel securing him a place at judges houses in Nice.
