About ESCAPE

Escape wants to educate children and break the silence of sexual abuse

The foundation ESCAPE focuses on many children who were threatened by the abusers and society and were suffering from severe mental distress, but now hoping with the friendly treatment and healthy environment of this foundation, they are bringing them back to life to fight the issues that had once letting them down.
Escape founder AJ is a survivor of sexual abuse, she was molested from the age of 3 to the age of 11 on a weekly basis, she knows how distressing and shattering this ill-treatment is and what can be the consequences of this physical abuse on the mind of a child. The personality of a victim can be distorted and the person is unable to stand up against his rights, it casts a shadow the length of a lifetime. Kids who have been through sexual assault needs special care, love, mentoring and support groups to heal their unseen wounds.

ESCAPE is run by the survivors of sexual abuse, who have been through all the mental distress and it aims to provide support to all the children and persons who are suffering or have suffered from physical assault. They have planned several activities for the victims that would help in their recovery and would build their level of confidence. These activities include regular get-togethers, outings and fun holidays to strengthen their personalities and help bring them back to life. Escape offer different courses of their interest, e.g. Cookery classes for those interested and help in fine dining and food appreciation. Also, help the victims in getting a good job by helping them in building and appealing CV. The co-curricular and amusement activities include cinema, balls, tenpin bowling, football, amateur dramatics, horse riding and much more whatever they want to do.
Escape also aim to have separate groups and activities for all age groups and adult survivors’ family and friends ranging from 6-11, 11-16, and 16 -adult and family of survivors support, these activities include arts and crafts, and several self-care activities that would help the victims in grooming themselves and face the challenging world. They offer their services in a child-friendly environment and guide them in going to court for help and get legal advice.
Escape offer memberships, You can donate weekly, monthly or on a yearly basis.

These sexually abused children need your support in order to stand up for themselves. You can also help these children by joining the Escape sponsor page and website, so others may also get an inspiration to help these assaulted wounded souls survive.
The foundation is enthusiastic and determined that the social support provided to these children would help them to cope with their situation and would transform their feeling of guilt, shame and alienation from others as they interact and bond with others who have lived through similar experiences.
We are currently looking for premises. All Escape staff are DBS checked and every personnel of their staff is trained for first aid services.

There is a plan to start activities from this summer. Please help in building the future of our psychologically pained and physically molested generation, they deserve to live a happy and satisfied life. These children need your help and your support to meet the challenges of their lives.

Hannah White has unveiled the first single from her upcoming third album 'Whose Side Are You On' - Catch Hannah Live at Chester Music Theatre Saturday 30th April

London-based singer-songwriter Hannah White has unveiled the first single from her upcoming third album 'Whose Side Are You On?' The immediately infectious I’ll Make You Strong is a three-minute illustration of her talents and showcases breezy melodies, hook-laden guitars and a deceptive lyrical ambiguity about stereotypical relationship roles. Hannah’s songs draw from a rich well of life experiences as well as an eclectic range of musical genres. A single mother who’s battled her way to gaining a loyal following of fans around the UK whilst maintaining a wholly independent approach to her career, her music is influenced by country, blues, pop and soul but remains distinctly her own. With a voice that can switch from a sweet Nashville croon to a bluesy holler and production work from Roger Cotton (BB King/Paul McCartney) and Gerry Diver (Christy Moore/Tom Robinson), Hannah’s songs have been heard on the airwaves of BBC London and BBC Introducing. She’s also wowed audie...
