From The Jam at Tivoli Venue

Last November i was gutted i'd missed seeing From The Jam live at Tivoli Venue in Buckley, I had been determined there was no way i was going to miss seeing them this year on there return.

A totally fab excuse to dig out my old scooter gear and relive my youth. I had been excited since the Tiv announced From The Jam would return this year.

When November 26th arrived i was feeling like my Christmas had come early! Digging out my old faithful scooter jacket full of 80s rally patches i headed off to the Tivoli with my partner in crime Jan.

A totally amazing atmosphere greeted us on arrival, that's not unusual at the Tiv to be honest. Heading straight to the bar we quickly grabbed Our drinks, by this time the place was filling up fast so we headed off to the VIP area in order to hit social media by storm!!

The support act was by now on stage and trust me the crowd totally loved this young dude, Who i later found out goes by the name of Luke Gallagher, Luke is a singer/songwriter from Wrexham.
This guy totally looked the part as you can see from the photo >>

I don't think i can remember ever seeing so many people in one venue, the Tiv was packed out, amazing turn out mind you we are talking about one of the best base players of all time Bruce Foxton about to hit the stage!

Russ Hastings and Bruce Foxton took to the stage and the crowd went wild, From The Jam was now in full swing! By the time they preformed 'Man In A Corner Shop' i was on cloud nine!!
This was a night to remember, one of the highlights of 2015 and what made it even more amazing was catching up with Russ & Bruce after the came off stage. From The Jam will return to Tivoli Venue, Flintshire in 2016 but id advise you to book early as tickets really do sell like hot cakes!

Thank you Tivoli Venue for yet another fantastic night.

Hannah White has unveiled the first single from her upcoming third album 'Whose Side Are You On' - Catch Hannah Live at Chester Music Theatre Saturday 30th April

London-based singer-songwriter Hannah White has unveiled the first single from her upcoming third album 'Whose Side Are You On?' The immediately infectious I’ll Make You Strong is a three-minute illustration of her talents and showcases breezy melodies, hook-laden guitars and a deceptive lyrical ambiguity about stereotypical relationship roles. Hannah’s songs draw from a rich well of life experiences as well as an eclectic range of musical genres. A single mother who’s battled her way to gaining a loyal following of fans around the UK whilst maintaining a wholly independent approach to her career, her music is influenced by country, blues, pop and soul but remains distinctly her own. With a voice that can switch from a sweet Nashville croon to a bluesy holler and production work from Roger Cotton (BB King/Paul McCartney) and Gerry Diver (Christy Moore/Tom Robinson), Hannah’s songs have been heard on the airwaves of BBC London and BBC Introducing. She’s also wowed audie...
